Negan's here... and, unfortunately, he brought "Lucille."
Jeff Miller Negan left a great impression right off the bat
Sebastián Hernández Baquero "Why is everybody overthinking it? He obviously killed the camera man. The camera man's been part of the show since the beginning, we've see it all through his eyes. Without the camera man I don't know how they'll have a season 7.
R.I.P. Camera Man"
D.j. DeGiovanni Like this comment if you thought the finale was a let down.
Jeffrey Rogers "You are so going to regret crossing me... in 7 months." Negans intro was so solid until you totally forgot to show the most important part of it. Ya know, the part where he kills a major player, where you actually SEE the carnage, SEE the groups utter defeat and terror. That moment is what defined Negan as a big bad. Season finales are just that, the final episode of that season. It wraps up that seasons overarching point, which was Negans arrival. The lingering question should have been, "Did he really just do that to so and so!? How the hell will the group deal with this now? Can they even? Are you serious!?" Not, "but... who died?" I'll never be as hyped for this moment than I was last night. 7 Months of you promoting "WHO DIED?" isn't going to change that, it's just going to be annoying going into a new season with last season's finale unfinished.
Liza Henriquez It seems a great amount of fans didn't like this episode.. I for a change found it intense and kept me on the edge of my seat all the time.. The game of cat and mouse and slowly cornering the team in, leading them precisely to where the Saviors wanted them, to make them pay and humiliate them, was brilliant! The progress from pride and cockiness at the beginning, to realizing how utterly lost they were at the end was very well done and the actors were great with their looks of despair and utter fear. I haven't read the comics, but I was terrified and mesmerized by Negan too. Nobody likes to wait to find out what happened, but the cliffhanger doesn't make the episode a terrible one. Also loved the subtle changes with Morgan and Carol and can't believe people are complaining about her breakdown.. this is a woman who was abused and beaten, who armored herself to protect the people she loved but who just went too far and it takes very little to break apart again.. PTSD is no joke !! I think the episode was very well executed and paced and I can't wait for October
Victoria Wise only thing 'shocking' was the stupid ending causing millions of people to die of boredom in between commercials... dumbest non-cliffhanger ever...
Anexys Torres TWD SPOILER ALERT!!
I think who died under Lucille's power was Eugene...because he passed the "How to make bullets-101" info to Rick. And also he apologized and basically said good bye to Abraham...
And for those that have read the comics, you know that what Eugene is really usefull is on the bullets making.
In addition, TWD production tested the audience with the fake death of Glenn just to see how people react. Things are, they understood from audience's reaction that Glenn is actually one of the favorite characters of the serie... well those are my thoughts...lets see if my predictions are correct when TWD returns on season 7
Garrett Langer Nice job AMC for giving us fans a toned down version of Negan. Last night was his first episode and you guys already ruined him.
Dimitris Krokidas terrible finale..terrible show.they keep filling episodes with crap in order to make them last longer.and in order to prolong seasons.negan was supposed to appear 3-4 episodes before.if they dont improve they will end up like supernatural with only a bunch of fanatics watching this show.im disappointed.AND IT WAS 63 MINUTES.
Donald N Sarah Stoops My thought is it's not Rick, obviously. Not Carl, he sees him as a pawn to control Rick. Not Glenn or Maggie, Glenn's reaction to him taunting Maggie showed their relationship to one another and he'll see that opportunity to use the relationship to control them. Daryl looked like death already, he wouldn't look tough by killing someone weak. Also they have created the Daryl/Dwight storyline and they will most likely eventually battle each other again, still story to tell there. Not Rosita or Michonne, he won't look too tough killing a woman, and I think all those creepy men look like the kind to think women would be property to be used and not to be wasted. Probably not Eugene, Negan will see weakness in him and not see him as a threat, also the group left him alone in the RV on what could have been a suicide mission, he'll see him as expendable to them. Aaron probably also not seen as a threat, he looks like he'll follow the rules, doesn't have the tough guy look to him. Then, there is Abraham, he pushed his chest out at Negan, stared him in the eyes, no tears, showing no fear....that's who he going to target, no question! I think that was Abraham's plan in staring him down, make himself the target to spare someone else. Also Scott Gimple talked last night about the person's death really driving the events of next season and I can see the comic book storyline of Maggie's life after Glenn's death by Lucille instead playing out with Sasha after Abraham's death. And create more story to continue between Sasha and Rosita. And bring out a new side of Eugene that could have a lot of story to tell. Interested to see where the story goes.
